Red Emma
I always told my children to ask ''Why''. I told them ''I would rather pass for a dummy for five minutes asking a question I don't know the answer, than not ask it and stay dumb for the rest of my life'' ''Do not go where the path leads, go rather where there is no path, and leave one behind you'' Diwha __________________ We do not inherit this world from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children! |

As a meditation i look at the cards before i go to sleep and read one card out of the Book of Thoth, usually i have a vivid dream. I then think about the dream knowing that the cards have influenced it. You always realise something new. |

That would be awesome, I wish I could do that. Maybe it just takes training, what do you think? Diwha __________________ We do not inherit this world from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children! |

If you get a chance...
This site has annoying popups, but if you do a card-a-day draw, perhaps if you go to this site and find the card and what other people have written, it may help: http://www.geocities.com/Paris/2110/ I also go to Fourth Dimension website and used their online reading to just get to know the cards in the context of a celtic cross layout: http://www.fourthdimension.net/thoth/ I tend to take online readings with a grain of salt, only looking at the way the cards are presented and description...it helped me become familiar to the look of the Thoth. Hope this is helpful as a companion to your meditative study. Best wishes, Cerulean __________________ Still, cerulean surges... where, as sunset lingers Eve with golden fingers... Hector A. I dont think it needs training, you have to understand that your dreams solve problems. Theres a subconscious communication thats ongoing, day and night even when you sleep you are communicating. Your mind takes in alot more than your brain cares to notice, and then when you sleep you peace together a big puzzle and solve your problems. I dont think too much about what i read before i go to sleep but i know that the cards i looked at and the words i read will help me in someway by showing me something i haddent noticed before or just ignored. just think to yourself "in the morning i will understand something new on a deeper level" or a higher level which ever suits you best, you dont even have to think of the words, just have the thought like a flash through your mind at the speed of light and its already begun |
