I did a rune reading, asking for advice on a difficult situation I'm having with another person

The advice card really have me confused, Is it telling me that if I stop taking care or nurturing the situation It will cause a block on the situation. any help will be appreciatted. If you need more information about the issue feel free to pm.

Advice (Berkana reversed): Don't feed energy into a bad situation. This is a moment where your friend has to stand on his or her own. Being there for a person is one thing. Doing everything for them teaches them nothing, and takes away from you.

Outcome (Nauthiz): Situations don't always resolve neatly. You're not going to like how this ends, but in accepting this you'll also learn from this.

Hi, yes inded the situation was about some changes that happened with the situation, the changes were unexpected for me so it was a surprise. I understand your take on berkana i should leave this person alone to figure out what thye want. The outcome ws not very pleasant but it is the best thing to do for now.
