Hello all,

I am looking for a spread which enables the querent to find out what one should/can do to improve one's work envionrment (i.e. colleauges, clients, company structures, etc.) so that the person can enjoy one's job/work better. In the spread, I hope there are cards that tells about the querent's attitude about the job, where the problem is, solutions, outcome, etc....

Hi Jean!

How about creating one? For instance if your question is on how to improve each of those relationships, then have one card per relationship. Example:

Card 1: How can I improve my relationship with my boss?
Card 2: How can I improve my relationship with my co-worker(s)?
Card 3: How can I improve my relationship with my client(s)?

and so on. You can start the spread of by having a card represent you/querent's feelings about the position and then maybe end it with an overall advice card. And it doesn't have to be fancy, a simple line spread should be pretty easy.
