Lovers Spread (Heart Shaped, 13 Cards)
Yes I know 13 cards, I never put much stock in that 13 is unlucky thing. Any who heres the spread. The spread is split into two halfs one for each person and their thoughts/feelings, and the three central cards are the relationship as a whole. Person A_____|_____ Person B ____________|______________ ***[5]*************[6]**** [7]*****[3]****[4]*******[8] **********[1]************ **[9]***************[10]** **********[13]*********** *****[11]*******[12]****** **********[2]************ Gods I hope you can understand that. And the placements; 1: The best hope for the realtionship. 2: What the relationship is based on, it's root. 3: What A likes most about B 4: What B likes most about A 5: What A dislikes most about B 6: What B dislikes most about A 7: A's best trait, that they bring to the relationship 8: B's best trait that they bring to the relationship 9: A's worst trait, that they bring to the relationship 10: B's worst trait, that they bring to the relationship 11: A's hopes/fears for the relationship 12: B's hopes/fears for the relationship 13: The most possible outcome. Well that's it, the first spread I have made for myself, I have used it once before, but I have yet to see if any of it is worked out right. I like because it seems well balanced to me, and seems to cover pretty much all you need to know. Thoughts? Criticisms? Ben ~ Praying the Illustration turns out alright.

Hi Ben ! Well . its certainly comprehensive ! I like the use of best/worst traits ....I don't think I've seen that component before ! What kind of results have you got from it ? Totally unrelated ....but the divided heart , made me think back to my one and only visit to Middlesborough . A mad , mad friday night with my then boyfriend ( a local). I remember the way that the traditional (?) pubs were , er, segregated. Women on one side , men on the other. Despite having been born up North , my southern up-bringing won me over and I spent the evening standing with the guys, remember the evil looks I got from some quaters !! Maybe things have moved on ?! Thanks for taking me back ! |

Officially I can't say anything about that, because I'm only 16... *coughs* :p Unofficially I have never noticed that myself. I haven't yet got any results from it though, the relationship I did it for has yet to develop significantly enough to draw parallels... but I live in hope .Ben ~ *Sighs Dean's name Wistfully*

Hmm...
Ben- Hiya!!! Havent seen you here before so nice to meet yuh and all! Looks like a good spread. I wonder if it would only work on boyfriend/girlfriend type relationships...cuz if it does then I suppose I can't use it then . Ah yes the troubled life of a teen. LOL. But it still looks cool so I'll try it sometime. ![]()

Wow! Very comprehensive, Ben. I'm looking at my own reading right now using the spread. Lots to think about... And I imaginge you could use it for friendships and other types of relationships as well. Funny, I've gotten all swords and cups on my side of the heart, and all pentacles and wands on his side--at least it seems balanced! |
