I'm looking for a spread which is heavily geared to "what you can expect from situation x " (maybe 3 or 4 outcomes . or particulars of that situation: maybe along the lines of physical , intellectual , spiritual , emotional ) and then advise as to how one can proceed / respond to such . I don't know if such a spread exists !! And I'm getting into a real mess trying to devise one for myself !! I will do this spread for my mother , who will be trying to help her sister (so it is the* sisters*situation , not my mother's.) Sorry if this sounds muddled! I tried the forking path spread and this is what I got:
After not finding results I liked or understood with other types of spreads I decided to give this one a try. I am trying to decide if I should stay and try to work things out with my BF or leave him. These are my results and interpretation. I would appreciate feedback to see if I'm on track here. 1. So I think what the first 3 cards are telling me is that I am considering the task at hand. What compromises or sacrifices am I willing to make, what are the tradeoffs? I was happy in this relationship and things were going great, but he did something to me that really hurt me. These negative feelings may be holding me back from my goals. I feel unfulfilled The next 3, Choice A, Do I stay?, tell me I'm not getting what I want and I'm too attached to old ideals that aren't working anymore. I need to take a time out and reasess the situation. I need to rely on my own judgement and not be influenced by those around me. There is a lot of fear and doubt surrounding my decisions. But if I figure out what I want and how to get there and improve my negative attitude, I will be able to make this work and I'll feel better The next 3, Choice B, Do I go?, tell me I need to have clarity in making this decison. I need figure out my goals on my own. But I need to not make careless decisons based on moods or emotion alone, and consider the magnitude of the situation. We will probably not even remain friends or stay in touch because there will be too much bad blood between us and we will not communicate well. So I guess this means I should stick around and try to work things out? Now #10 I'm not sure I get it's purpose. The card itself symbolizes to accept defeat and learn from it, to take a time out.
