Victoria Regina : Two of Wands

firemaiden

Of being and becoming...

A lady dressed in black holds two pens, crossed - like two force vectors which have intersected, or two paths which have crossed. One points upward - like a vertical asymptote - of infinite, imutable being, while the other is angled forward - crossing through time and space - the vector of becoming...

Their intersection stands at her solar plexus -- her midpoint -- as though this crossing of two paths corresponds to the very core of her being, a sort of moment of combustion giving fuel to an ongoing fire.

She looks forward, with a smouldering determination to see her goal through, come what may, with perhaps a sense of pain for what is lost and left behind.

Chronata

The lady in the two of wands is very determined. In her black crepe and lace dress and hat, she appears dressed in mourning garb. But she also looks so much like a woman who has a cause...a suffragette perhaps? Or a lady from the Temperance Union?
She definately is in search of her voice, because she has something to say...and the way she holds the pens like halbeards, or weapons...says she is determined that others will hear her voice...even if it is simply in writing.

Surrounding her, are the forms that suggest Indrusty, engineering. Is she out of place among these props? Is that what she wants to speak out against? Or is it the help she requires...
Sometimes it looks like vices, othertimes like printing presses...still other times like the lens of cameras. She will use what is available to her to mke her point.

She stand ready to move forward. By the way she is dressed, she seems to have encountered some difficulties. But now, she is ready and she wait her turn, or the right moment, to makes her move.
