Mother of Cups has brilliant energy inside and outside her. It looks like she is living in different places at the same time - like having access to three different parallel universes and appear in all of them at the same time. The whole earth is enclosed in her throne and she is in front of it. Is she getting up from the throne or sitting down on to the throne?
The only problem I see here is that the energy is not centered at one place rather it is all around the place. When the brilliance is centered at one place, you tend to see things more clearly and find solutions very easily than when the energy is being spent on several ventures at the same time.
