Unfortunately already sold but Weiser Antiquarians catalog-88 has a Pamela-A deck & book set with what might be the original box the cards came in.

Yes, someone said, let's chip together, and I think it was that amount. I really must be mistaken otherwise, I think I saw that mentioned last week in the News feed.
