For example, here is the scan of the 'color adjusted' Empress card:

He or she has kept the green colour of the borders, though. Other than that, the card as restored seems similar in color tones to the Empress card in my AG Müller Thoth deck.
I RECENTLY BOUGHT A DECK OF THE THOTH TAROT CARDS AND WAS SHOCKED AT THE POOR QUALITY OF THE COLOR PRINTING. SO I DECIDED TO SCAN THE IMAGES INTO MY PC AND TRY TO RESTORE THE COLORS OF AT LEAST THE MAJOR ARCANA TO MORE CLOSELY MATCH THE ORIGINAL PAINTING AS I REMEMBER THEM TO BE FROM WHEN A FRIEND AND I PHOTOGRAPHED THEM FOR THE ORIGINAL PUBLICATION IN 1970. AS YOU WILL SEE, THIS WORK IS GOING VERY WELL. I WILL CONTINUOUSLY UPGRADE THE GALLERY UNTIL ALL OF THE IMAGES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED.
I BOUGHT THE DECK WITH THE INTENTION OF USING THE IMAGES OF THE MAJOR ARCANA AS SOURCE MATERIAL FOR THE FRACTAL WORK I HAVE BEEN DOING SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE YEAR. THIS TOO IS WORKING OUT VERY WELL. I WILL PRESENT A SELECTION OF THE FRACTALS ALONG WITH EACH OF THE COLOR RESTORED IMAGES THEY WERE BASED ON. I HOPE YOU ENJOY THEM. LISTED BELOW ARE LINKS TO THE PAGES FOR EACH OF THE MAJOR ARCANA IMAGES COMPLETED THUS FAR.
