I'm not buying new decks.
I started 2-3 years ago with tarot, and ordered in this time c.a 14 decks. After that I decided to stop. I could be getting new decks for ages, always looking for the best, the one who works the best, who speaks clearly, desiring to get new pieces.
But what I found is that many of those 14 decks have been used just a couple of times. At the end, I always read with what I have on my deck. A golden universal at home, and an ugly Gilded at the office. And they work. Fine. That's it all I need.
I regret about having bought the Mary El, The Davinci, the Vampires, decks that I problable will never use. I do not trade them for several reasons.
And my budget is not so good to buy decks which I won't use, and I think this is a way of wasting my money. So I stopped.
To avoid being tempted to get any new deck, I do not visit the sub forum tarot decks.
I think I have more than enough with my mini-small tarot collection, and I have to study more the decks instead of buying decks are never using them.
