Did I bit of searching to find this - I actually own it on VHS (showing my age here) tape. This is one of a 3-part series. It's a real schtick at times, but around the 36-minute mark you can hear Stu Kaplan discuss Pixie while an actress marvelously over-costumed pretends to paint the 3 of Swords card.

ETA: I should note that the 3-part series was titled 'Strictly Supernatural' - which, of course, IMPLIES that somehow the Tarot is supernatural; the episode is not titled 'Strictly Supernatural Tarot'.
