I do get it a lot, I come off as a 'good girl' apparently...

The mask was a hit from my perspective! Lots of people said it was 'terrifying', but a lot of them thought it was hilarious too. 'I love that you're wearing that,' someone said.

I did a few impressions, like saying 'Gaina' (China) and 'so much winning', but after the music and stuff started no one could hear me. It was more fun to wear it in the lunch/dinner area where people weren't expecting much strange stuff. It was lying on the couch next to me once, and someone said they thought I was sitting on a dead Trump!

There was a whole bunch of people at the festival with Prince Charles masks on... I'm not sure what that was about, but I did chuckle.

I'm attaching a couple of photos that you'll probably enjoy. The noose isn't actually meant to be a noose, it's like a lever to pull... there's a contraption at the top that lights up when you do. When I did this, my boyfriend was like 'ugh that is in such poor taste', but there were people nearby that cheered and got excited and said, 'I'm so glad you did that'.

Success?

My name is Kate Hill (also known as Solandia) and I'm a Tarot reader, deck collector, and lifelong student of the beauty and diversity of Tarot cards.

I created Aeclectic in 1996 to share my passion for Tarot with the world, and started the forum in 2000 so others could share theirs too. Read more about me, contact me or connect in the forum.
