Decks that almost qualify
Tarot Nova (4 dots for borders)
Tarot of the Old Path (3 borders)
Imagemaker's New Palladini (she cut them off!)

What others are there?
I've added to this list as we go.

Hedera

Morgan-Greer and Buckland Romani have no borders.

Laura Borealis

I know the Morgan-Greer has no borders.

I think all my decks have borders. I don't really have a preference.

(Edit: sorry for overlapping with Hedera -- we must have gone to post at the same time.)

Osher

The Tarot of the Old Path has borders on 3 sides, but the pictures often spread over parts of the border. There is a general space between the picture of the edge though.

I do like borderless cards, just can't think of any real ones offhand

Imagemaker

My New Palladini is borderless because I cut them off. I'd cut off others, but it's a laborious, risky job.

lark

I prefer no borders.
I like the expansive feel of the card.

Soul Cards have no borders.
Nova Tarot ~has just little circles of color on each edge.

contrascarpe

Artist's Inner Vision has no borders.

jema

Zerner-Farber have no borders.
and neither have Celtic Wisdom

I keep looking at the Zerner-Farber. It looks like a deck I may like, but haven't seen it in person yet.

I finally voted for "no borders". Instinctually, that was what I was going to vote on because I do like the fullness of the cards (or expansiveness as lark stated). I guess that is why the Morgan-Greer always comes out before any of the RWS cards for me. There are some decks which I feel the borders add something to - like the Sacred Circle. All in all, my borderless cards are probably the most pleasing aesthetically.

:D I don't even know if the decks I have have borders or not, because I look at the pictures, not at the bordes... So I voted for "no preference"

I only once looked at the borders of my Osho Zen, because a friend of mine looked at the cards and didn't like them. Otherwise, like I said, I don't even pay attention...
