Dang, missed her.
was that the one started by Dancingbear? Or another one? I believe there were a few different ones over the years here. No, it's not going on anymore, darn it. I love doing things like this and have thought about re starting a thread like this again. maybe soon.

I once visited an asylum. During my tour, I asked the Director how one determines if a patient needs to be institutionalized? He replied, "Take them into a room and show them a bathtub full of water. Then give them a spoon, a teacup and bucket, and I ask them to empty the tub."

"Oh I see," I answered, "a normal person would use the bucket, because it is bigger than the spoon and the teacup."

The Director turned and looked at me, "No, a normal person would reach in and pull out the drain plug. Would you prefer a room with a window, or without?"

CN in the Pub! Awesome! Hello, hello, welcome! *waves* Thanks for getting that round in - I'll get your next one By the way, the Pubsters talk a LOT! When you're back, don't stress about trying to fully catch up each time (unless you want to, of course!). I usually manage the last couple of pages.

KD, hope that coldsore goes quickly. I've never had one but I know they're a right nuisance from friends who do

I've got an hour to make 3 cards for the local printer who will display them with a sign advertising my work (because I use a lot of their cardboard/paper and so it cross-promotes their products). Better get started! See you all later!
yes, that is what i did when I found this place. but this morn, I did go back to when I left last night.

I go to vista print for my business cards and can highly recommend them. however, not sure if you are doing a special thing? anyway, good luck.

well, gotta go get breakfast and strip the bed to launder. I'll pop in and out to say hi to all now and again.

So why did I just carefully type out a reply, and then click my "back" button ....

Anyway - shopping/chores done, rowing enjoyed, furniture upstairs re-arranged. Now - a while on the sofa.

The new amplifier came and is terrific. The sound it helps the speakers provide is all I wanted it to be

Me too!!!

KD - If you're around - Amoxicillin gives me canker sores. I have a mouthful now for the same reasons as you. 24 hours and the dental work will be done. Praying the pain goes too.... Salt water has been helpful, but after three weeks of one after another, I am just swollen too.

Speaking of, must get that antibiotic in to the system....
