The Sustain Yourself cards by James Wanless.http://sustainyourselfcards.com

Or maybe the Native Spirit Oracle by Denise Linn, or one of the Steven Farmer decks.

(Suggestions based on your mention of "affirmation", it was good to mention it as it gives an idea of the sort of thing you have in mind).

:) :) :)

Le Fanu

Tough one. Oracle decks are 99% really girly :(

It would depend on his interests - cave art isn't everyone's cup of tea - but I like the Shaman's Oracle by John Matthews. Or Dr (?) Dee Oracle (same author) - but, again, quite specialist interests. Oh and I'm not quite 19-22 years old! :D

Can it not be tarot? So much more scope! :D

The two that instantly came to mind are Gods and Titans and I Ching Dead Moon. However, neither is an affirmations deck, and both would need a bit of reading up to really get into the meanings.

Like Le Fanu suggests, there is a much wider selection in Tarot. :)

I went through my list of oracle decks and found a few that I wouldn't neccessarily consider as geared towards females only (although that depends on his personal interests and tastes anyway). None of them is really an affirmation deck, though. These decks might come near to what you are looking for:

* Druid Animal Oracle
* Druid Plant Oracle
* Earth Magic Oracle Cards
* Secret Language of Animals Oracle Cards

BodhiSeed

If you're not attached to just cards, you might check out Alaska Laser Maid's page on Etsy (though she is currently on break until mid-February); she sells all sorts of cedar runes. There's plenty of information on the internet as well as books for understanding and working with the Anglo-Saxon runes or Ogham.

I didn't know about the the sustain deck, but i did look at the native spirit oracle and i have Earth Magic. Yeah, affirmation with less girly decks. lol. But i was considering, Wisdom of the Oracle because it doesn't look intimidating. and the penguins are cute. (we are in western PA Go Pens and when in eastern PA, Go WB Pens (or Baby Pens).

I just may make a small deck for him. I want him to try journaling to help his ineptitude in society, faith in himself. Family gene I think. My husband is autistic, so wonder if maybe he is. His a nephew. Got to run.

Thanx everyone. May try the wisdom of the oracle, or just make a small deck myself for him. Something like Shadow and light would be perfect, if they where boys. or boys and girls.

Does he have trouble expressing his emotions or understanding other people's feelings? A while ago I came across a wonderful deck that I can highly recommend for this very purpose: the Mixed Emotions Card Deck. The images express the different emotions really well and the cards also have keywords at the bottom (not shown on their website for some reason, but they are there).
Whenever I'm confused about my feelings or not sure what I'm actually feeling at the moment, I consult this deck. :)

I'm late to the party, but I thought I'd suggest Earth Power Oracle, which is based on sacred sites, and has affirmations. http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/cards/earth-power-oracle/

There's also the Sacred Sites Oracle. http://www.amazon.com/Sacred-Sites-...455231719&sr=1-1&keywords=sacred+sites+oracle

(And the Sacred Sites Tarot, too! http://www.aeclectic.net/tarot/cards/sacred-sites/)

I'm thinking these could be good for someone who might like to absorb some geography along with his/her affirmations . . . (Someone like me!)
