Scanner recommendations for Tarot artwork?

My old scanner doesn't work with my computer anymore (I can't find a driver for it) so I'm looking at buying another.

Does anyone have recommendations, or care to give me the benefit of your experience?

I wouldn't need to scan slides or transparencies, just artwork. I don't need amazing professional quality either. Just a standard flatbed scanner will do for me, I think.

I use an inexpensive Canon printer-scanner. I like it.

Make sure it's compatible with your windows software. There was one review that said it wasn't compatible with windows 8. Otherwise it looks like a pretty good scanner, since it seems easy to use, and only requires one cable to plug into the computer.

Good point. I have Windows 7 but I'll be sure to check for whatever I end up buying.

A combo printer-scanner actually sounds like a good idea. Hmm.
