Steampunk Tarot (Charissa Drengsen) - Ace of Swords

GryffinSong

To be honest, I'm not sure what this card means to me yet. But I LOVE it. It's moody. Like a foggy London morning. A person walks under a bridge. In the foreground we see a hand (which is the only thing on the card that's in full color) holding a riding crop. What does it mean? Are they about to bring that crop down on their horse? Are they pointing to the sky? Are they pointing to the barren, winter tree limbs? It seems a view into a day that could hold anything in its fog. That secrets are brewing, and the hand will point the way to clarity.
