The strongest cards I've had come up in regards to pregnancy were the 4 of Wands and the Ace of Wands. The 4 of wands, especially in the Gilded Tarot which is the deck I use the most, represents pregnancy to me - and came up a lot regarding pregnancy earlier this year.
I've also had the Ace of Wands come up, as well as the Sun, the Ace of Pentacles and the Page of Pentacles/Wands.
