Dusk Till Dawn

The Knight of Swords immediately reminded me of Justin Timberlake somehow...LOL

Isn't she gorgeous? She's from a little bit later than the portraits used in Touchstone, hence her hair and clothing is a little different. Her name was Maria Mancini and the artist was Jacob Voet. You can see the original portrait at http://www.wga.hu/frames-e.html?/html/v/voet/mancini1.html

Yes, she is! Thanks very much for the answer.

I also find the knight of swords striking. Just the right facial expression. Same for the five of swords and many, many other cards. Great job on your deck! :royal:

I DO want the Touchstone, but am getting confused with the abbreviations. I know that LE is Limited Edition (sold out), but what is MM, and Kunati edition, etc.?

Q: How many editions are available at this time, what are the differences, and who retails each edition?

Maybe I am just reading it incorrectly! That HAS happened before! :D
I got my copy of GOLDEN TAROT Friday....it is now calling for it's sibling...

I love looking at the old pictures, and looking up who they were, and the background stories in history...

There's two editions. The Limited Edition that is sold out and the Kunati that you can get at amazon.com.

The MM and Kunati are the same version. Mass Market edition sold by Kunati.

And of course you're right about the Limited Edition - LE.

Miss Divine

I received my copy of the Touchstone MM yesterday.
I think they are just gorgeous!! The packaging is just excellent too.

My only complaint is though that all of the backs of my cards are printed in a different shade of brown.

Is this normal?
Anybody else have this?

But it don't bothers me that much.

Is this the very same Maria Mancini who was first love of Louis XIV? Her own uncle (Cardinal Mazarin) advised Louis XIV not to marry her because she was of such a lowly rank compared to him. She unhappily had to give him up.
