High Priestess/s Foundations/ Sand?

Hi there experts - is the queen sat on the yellow foundations of her higher intelect (making this up, kinda sounds like a Waitey expession, eh?) OR is it the sands of infinity ( as sugested by another expert on this site)? Any ideas gratefully received x Cara

then let's look up to the tops of the pillars too, to a very deliberate bit of Artistry by
