The Higher Self is card #2 in The Sirian Starseed Tarot.
For me, this card is all about getting in touch with my Higher Self. Quieting the mind and being present in the here and now. Sometimes if it's hard to get in touch with Higher Self it can be helpful to explore Regression Hypnotherapy. That can be a very helpful route to finding your life purpose. It can also help you get in touch with other lives that are influencing this incarnation. Another help can be quartz crystals with record keepers in them. Record keepers are crystals which have little triangular indentations (or raised triangles) on one or more of their faces. They can be helpful in accessing the Akashic Records where everything is recorded. Every answer we could ever need can be found through communicating with our Higher Self.
