It does not matter at all.
They are essentially all the same.
The only differences are tiny little things that are meerly a mater of personal preference, and what you in particular are used too.
I like one particular version, because it is the one I am used too.
The others just never look quite right.
But the pictures are the same on them all, and the names are the same on them all, and the backs are the same on them all.
As for the best way to learn it.
Just try using it.
Just lay out the cards and see what they seem to say to you.
Get one of the books that have been mentioned.
See what other people make of the cards.
