Four Knights?

caridwen

I did a CC on my romantic life (such that it is *sigh) and got Four Knights!! Yay:p Does this mean lots of lithe young men running towards me brandishing tools? What on earth could four Knights be - aspects of my personality perhaps? I'm more inclined to see it as four males...:D

What do you think?:)

In Waite's tradition 4 recurrent Knights in one reading may mean a serious matter at hand, something not to be treated lightly.

But I like the thought of four lithe young men running towards you brandishing their tools... Sounds like fun.

A book I have said that 4 knights are indicative of major quarrels or of deep divisons in business or romantic partnerships. Can someone please give her some good news?! Hey, maybe you'll have several people fighting for you?

O lente, lente currite noctis equi!

I love the old books where they list what multiple cards
are supposed to mean... it's kind of like a slot machine!

Tarot is much more unique than tabulated calculations,
and so here I'd say, consider the order they appeared,
the dominant suit in the spread, and too, the question.

;) Love?

O lente, lente currite noctis equi!
O, run slowly, slowly, horses of the night!

I found a reference to Knights in a book, it says:

Four Knights is speedy action.
Three is Small gatherings of men
Two is reunions with old friends.

I havent' got a clue where Dee got that from.

Waite says:

4 Knights = serious matters;
3 Knights = lively debate;
2 Knights = intimacy.

This is how the knights appeared:

Knight of Pentacles in querent position
Knight of Cups in crown position
Knight of Swords in Final Outcome position
Knight of Wands at bottom of deck.

The predominant suit was pentacles: 3/4/6
