Da Vinci Enigma Study Group: 0 The Fool

Put it in the wrong thread, thought we could get started by having some thoughts on the 1st card (I simply MUST go in order myself! ), whenever people are ready to share their thoughts.

Mine would be definitely that this card is very reminiscent of the VS concept of the card.

This deck is about Da Vinci's personal journey through life. As such, the use of the image of the beggar is very appropriate, as this is his image of himself. Thus starts out his personal journey, to culminate in "Vitruvian Man" - but that is getting ahead.
