RW and the Celtic book of the Dead

Hi there,
When I was browsing my book case, I took out the Celtic book of the Dead, opened it at random and my eyes got stuck on "The Green and the Burning tree", a tree which is partly burning and party in flower and which the Celtic hero Maelduin found during his quest. The interpretation of this card in the Celtic Book of the Dead also was "choice".

The Green and the Burning tree immediately recalled the Lover's and the Devil's card of the RW to me.

I like the idea of leaving "Adam & Eve" back in fairytales.
After all just saying it's them hardly changes the images
and a close examination completely eliminates the bible.

The Celtic Book of the Dead! Sounds fascinating. I'm off to look it up thanks
