Have You Made Your Own Oracle?

Elven

I love making Oracles - I am usually inspired to do so when its raining and Im bored - and I get the craft box out and go for it :)

Sometimes Im inspired by something I have taken an interest in like astrology - or i have been to the craft shop and found something interesting.
I was gifted a beautiful Rune Oracle by Simone of Indian Ocean Sea Shells - which are great for readings.
I have also done a zulu bone Oracle as well, some Astro Stones, a throwboard and letters and numbers. I make lots of Sabian Symbol decks and stones too.

One of the easiest wys is to have a blank RWS deck lying around as they come in so handy when your feeling creative and want to make something in the moment.

Some of my oracles below.

Elven! The oracles you made are absolutely amazing!!! Gosh, i wish i could make something... I do "envy" you on your gift and skills! How do you actually carve (hope this is the right word) the stones?

The beach photo is beautiful!

How do you use the Jelly Bean board? Love it! What do the symbols mean?

Thanks everyone for the comments on my tree picture! I love that blue spruce! It has totally grown feral and lost its Christmas tree shape, but the birds and I love it as it is. :)

Pumpkin - I LOVE the leaf picture! That sort of striking imagery is what I am hoping to find. There are so many layers of meaning in that picture...

Room - Your "junk" oracle is amazing...it reminds me of something that a shaman from ancient times would have created - of course the stuff would be different but the idea is the same. What a fantastically personal oracle!

Elven - OMG! Girl, where do you find the time to make this fabulous stuff!? Everything you touch is fantastic! The sand oracle on the beach was incredible :bugeyed:

I love this thread!

If it speaks to you, you can click it and save it. I'm not sure how it will print being sized for a web page?

I could send you the full pic in an email.
