10 of Swords and Death

What would it mean if you get the 10 of Swords and Death in the same reading?

I freak out because for me it's like an indication that something horrible is headed your way. I see death as change, not necessarily a bad one, but change. I see the 10 of Swords as a bad omen.

What do these two cards mean to you guys?
