What decks are on your wishlist - New thread for 2008

All Is One

I actually hesitate to allow myself to make one. I bought 5 new decks last October and have been just getting acquainted. I want the Tarot of Dreams, I want the William Blake Tarot and the Leonardo da Vinci tarot and it goes on and on.....

Tarot Garden is getting a bunch of very interesting decks (no delivery date that I have heard of yet) but my central portion of my wishlist is reserved for a few of those, although I doubt I can afford them...

I'm a hopeful sort of person and I wait as patiently as I can. I should thank Umbrae for teaching me a bit more patience.

I forgot to confess: Deviant Moon is number one with a bullet at the moment.

Hi Folks,

Here is a new thread for you to post the decks you would like to own in 2008.
And my answer is very simple: none.

Right now I have a nice collection but only use a few decks to do my readings and because I am very happy with the decks I have (and because there is still a lot left to explore in those) I have no plans on expanding my collection just yet.

Hmm.

I'm not in a hurry to get a crapload of decks, because I'm still in the process of just learning how to read the cards and don't want to overwhelm myself.

Nevertheless there are several decks on my wish list for when I do feel comfortable getting more. ^_^

Tarot Decks

Golden Rider Waite
Aquatic Tarot* (yeah, I know, not available. I want it anyway).
Fenestra
Gendron
Sacred Circle*
Robin Wood

 DEVIANT MOON

Same here....this deck is numero uno for me, leaving all others far behind!

There are a few other possibilities, but generally speaking I am pretty happy with the decks I have right now and not looking to add many more.

ETA: OK....there is another very interesting deck on my radar: the Silver Era Tarot. Breathtaking! Number two with a bullet.....:D

UPDATE 1/08/08:

 PHANTOMWISE  can't come soon enough!

Currently tempted by Deidre of the Sorrows....resistance may be futile I'm afraid!

Another deck in progress that is a MUST when it is completed, is the Shadowscapes Tarot by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law:

EDITED TO LIST MY TOP 6 for 2008:

1. Deviant Moon
2. Silver Era
3. Phantomwise* (full deck when completed)
4. Deidre of the Sorrows
5. Shadowscapes* (when completed)
6. All Hallows* (when completed) DUH! how could I forget this one???

And THAT'S IT....really, I mean it. Why are you laughing??? :(

Only 2, honestly

There are only two decks that I am interested in joining my deck family.

The Universal Wirth, which looks interesting

Circle of Life, I think this might be the first round deck I have really wanted.
