I guess that depends on how you define old. I have a set with French/English titles that dates to 1969. They are different from the newer version. The new version has rounded corners - mine are square. The new version looks like this. Mine has a pattern of small blue squares and white border on the backs. Here is one example. My box is different. It is yellow and there is no writing below the picture on the front. The newer versions in the yellow box have writing below the picture on the front of the box.

What you note, TarotBoy, is a key difference between the Etteilla II and III (if I recall the styles correctly - it is not a deck with which I spend much time).
