Could Crowley Shuffle?

I was reading my Crowley, once upon a time,
and came across a passage where he said...
something to the effect that, it wasn't even
necessary to shuffle the cards. Never, ever.

So now, unable to find the exact quotation,
I am wondering...has anyone else read this?

Is it possible that~ Crowley couldn't shuffle?

Since he was on drugs a lot of the time and later so blizzed that he did not even need any anymore I suspect it was him that was always shuffled!

I think he always needed it.
And when he was old he needed quite a lot.
