What is 'the Name'?

I was reading about Court cards at this http://www.angelfire.com/celeb/Crowley/thoth/courts.html and it refers to the cards as "pictorial analysis of the powers of the four letters of the Name and the four Elements." I was wondering what is "the Name"?

I believe it is JHVH

Any tips on remembering which element goes with which letter? I still get them confused sometimes.

If you can remember the "normal" suite ordering:
Wands - Cups - Swords - Disks
then this also corresponds to Elements:
Fire - Water - Air - Earth
and lastly (in order) the Hebrew Letters:
Yod - Heh - Vau - Heh

I started by remember one association: (Wands with Yods) by identifying the shape of the Hebrew letter Yod as a small "spark" of (Wand-typical) "creativity". Also, the Crowley-Thoth Ace of wands is Fire Red and shows a Kaballistic tree of life composed of Ten Yods superimposed over a central "solar prominence". Now, if you're going for maximum authenticity, you might remember to write IHVH from right to left (HVHI) too?
