Greetings Aeclectians (and Tarotholics!) -
Due to the increasing length of the original ‘What Decks Do You Have’ thread, the co-moderators of Tarot Decks have decided to unstick and close the old one and create a new sticky for your deck lists – this thread is for you to list down all the decks you own.
The old one is locked now, but you can still review it here.
Please note that the new thread supposed to be only for deck lists. So, while you can post comments about your list or someone else’s list in your ORIGINAL post, please do try not to add separate posts for comments, questions about decks and such, as it adds to the thread length – please do so through private channels (PM or email), use Search or start a new thread. Any extraneous posts may be deleted.
When you update your list, just update your ORIGINAL post – again, you don’t need to add a separate post stating you’ve updated or repost your whole list; this keeps everyone’s lists accessible so future tallies will be much less headache-inducing! Happy posting – if you’ve any questions, please contact the moderators.
Format: See below for the standard format. If you like, you can alphabetise and/or number your decks according to the two separate categories of tarot and oracle decks. You can also add a note stating the date you’ve updated (please note all these are optional) – see the sample list below as an example.
Please ensure your collection...
- Is in LIST form. NOT in a paragraph, even if it's just two or three decks, because it makes it really difficult for a tally to be done.
- Is easy to read. Keep it simple.
- Is more or less like the standard format
- Does NOT have numbers, dashes or arrows in front of it, i.e -Thoth or >Thoth. This makes it difficult to copy and paste into Excel.
- Separates Tarot and non-Tarot/Oracle Decks (please space them out a little.)
And PLEASE put your wishlist in the other sticky...
