This fairy reminds me of the drunks I hear people complaining about (it's been so long, that I forget what it's like, living in the city).
A deep blue sky, holds another full moon. This fairy is having a good old time; he wears a large wonky hat, sporting a "0", and what is that on the front of the brim? His clothes are ragged, featuring a hole in one knee of his tights, and a patch on one elbow. The shoes look old as well.
He's marching along, beating this drum, in what looks to be the middle of the night. A trumpet has been cast aside, and he was probably playing that before he picked up the drum. A large mouse (?) is pulling on his top.
There are stars sparkling in the clear night, and this Fool is one fool and fairy, who is very happy to be alive.
