I don't feel uneasy about any tarot cards. It's all about the interpretation at the moment they are drawn and read. I don't see any particular card as more ominous or any reason to feel uneasy. I am just speaking about reading and interpreting cards, though. But there are cards that have artwork which really turns me off visually.
Oh, well, yes, sometimes - when it's a full moon. I live in a big city and people tend to get nutty then, so I am a little on my guard when out and about during a full moon.
I've never thought of the moon as related to romance. I think of wolves howling, the tides, and gravitational pulls, so for me it's more about some aspect of the natural world.
