I've been a big fan of A Lee Martinez's work since his first novel, Gil's All Fright Diner, and I enjoy the way he takes what we know and expect from genre fiction and intelligently turns it on its head. I thought some fellow diviners might enjoy his recent installment in a "beat cops of the fantasy kingdom" storyline Tea and Prophecies.
