That's a really interesting system, thanks for sharing.
You don't need to 'earn' or 'deserve' a place in a Circle. You do, however, need to have 25 posts or be a Forum subscriber to gain access to the Reading Exchange forum, where all the Circles take place.
I'm going to add you to the list, but you'll need to work on adding 15 more posts to the Forum. I'm sure that you'll find discussions that you'd like to participate in, or you could just greet new members with unique messages in the New Members Forum.
