I love this deck too! It's interesting to compare with it's sister the Zombie Tarot because they are partnered for me. The Zombie is humorous, I mean if you do a reading for someone with it on here, you can't write the reading out without it being funny in the writing, it's not serious horror! But it has a point with that humour in the readings to decipher. The Housewives also is beautifully themed and funny but it's more on point than the Zombie. Sometimes it can be a little sarcastic. It's tone is almost like that American 50's Housewife saying "well you had a bad day because your hair was not perfectly coiffured" 
I've had some really excellent readings for myself and others with it! it is to the point! However I think you do have to like the theming (same with the Zombie) or the cards will put you off! It's like entering that themes world when you use it. However it's really well done as a deck.
