I have so far cleared the laryingits but I am at the end with a bad headache and stuffy nose. I am unsure if is hould switch to something else instead of the aquamarine.

Aquamarine can help clear anything, and it seems to work well for you. If it stops working, try amethyst coupled with blue fluorite directly on the sinuses.
