Ten of cups boy

Smudge

I was looking at the ten of cups last night trying to see beyond the book meaning.

I noticed that the young boy standing with his father or brother seems to be on the verge of making a discovery about something. Perhaps something is fitting into place on how the world works? Or maybe he is learning maths via the cup on the table. I don’t know.

Just wounded if anyone else thinks that the boy is deep in thought and making some kind of discovery.

Since the card usually represents the family unit, I'd say it's the father, not the brother.

That's a good interpretation, it looks to me like his father is explaining something to him & he's *getting* it, that rainbow behind his head kind of reinforces that, doesn't it?
