The house will sell for sure. I mean look at these cards.

The loyal Dog, er, friends, surmounting all obstacles (Mountain) to bind the Universe to their will (Ring) using true knowledge (Book) to help Princess, Mr. Princess and all the little Princesses to move beyond their sacrifice (Cross) and rest easy in their Hearts.

Anyway the Heart will have plenty of breathing room.
