Etteilla - ltd edition - Lo Scarabeo

Sumada

So, is it an Etteilla I,II or III deck?

Good question and I don't know the answer.

Thank you for the heads up about this! I'm curious if others have ordered the Etteilla deck only (not the book) for 29 EUR - did it show that you purchased the deck? I received confirmation that I'd ordered the "book", but the amount was correct for the deck. The book is actually more (32 EUR) Rather confusing?
UPDATE: Excellent customer service from Lo Scarabeo! I was seeing the name of the campaign (Tarot Compendium) and had in fact ordered the deck <whew> :D

Wow, great to know this is on its way, thank you!

Hard for me to say, but comparing to the few cards from the new deck on the Indiegogo link, might it be one of these Grimaud decks from the Bibliotheque Nacionale de France online gallery?

The first is dated 1875-1899 on the site. The second is listed as 1890.

There is also this deck from Pussey dated 1880-90, but the colors seem rather different:

I don't know very much at all about the variations on this deck, and would love to hear from those who do!

seems self-defeating for a major deck printer to go to the trouble to print the Etteilla and not have it available to all. Downright shoot your foot off odd.

or was there a mass market offered also? Perhaps a little shoddy? :)

It is available to all. It's just a limited edition.

You can order one of the leftover copies not needed to fulfill the Kickstarter pledges on the indiegogo link above.
