Indeed it is. But you cannot get it in the large size anywhere. (except ebay.)

it has been out of stock for a very long time (many months)

Yes - but that was because U S Games was in a copyright dispute with the OTO and did not print any Thoths for well over a year. That was all resolved a couple of weeks ago, so she should have them again soon.
