Queen of Wands as gossip?

The Queen of Wands has a strong and confident ego--and rightfully claimed because she can do anything she wants to or puts her mind to doing. She doesn't need to gossip about others or twist stories to her advantage because she isn't jealous of anyone (which I think is one of the major fuels of gossip), nor is she overly dramatic. She's too busy creating her own life to negatively worry about what anyone else is doing.

Being a drama queen, as the others have said, is more the bailiwick of the Queen of Wands, rx, and the gossip is more often signified by the page of Swords, rx, or High Priestess, rx, (also as Thirteen and the others have said.)

For me Wands are about creating and the Queens are about working together on a common goal, teamwork, cooperation, ...

So the Queen of Wands is about working together as a team, as a well-oiled machine to create something togehter, as least that is my meaning.

Gossipiung is not likely to be condusive to that kind of atmosphere, the way I see it. Althogh it si not impossible it could mean that in an individual reading. If the goal fo the two people is to deepen the friendship that they share... I have (unfortunately) known people for whom gossiping together brings them closer, even to the point of laughing togehter about others (sigh).

Dang that's good, Starrystarrynight, just as many of your posts I feel are right on the mark! I'm a Queen of Wands and I honestly don't agree with many of the posts here (I have no problem voicing my opinion - and I don't care what others think). I've been described as passionate, opinionated, very self possessed and confident. From my perspective as a QoW, I have no need to gossip. Those who gossip lack self esteem and integrity. There's no interest in engaging in such petty activities. I'm out there trying to change the world and champion causes of the underdog. (I'm not trying to brag here -- just trying to exaggerate for effect - although there's some truth here). I simply have no time or energy for gossip, nor respect for those who engage in such activities. In the past, I have been the subject of gossip when I assumed a leadership role. The woman who initiated the rumors was jealous of me and took issue with my leadership style. I confronted her and told her if she had problems with my leadership, she should take it up with me directly instead of trying to undermine me behind my back. It's such grade school antics. Who among us has not been subject to gossip or bullying in school? Those who gossip simply have no life.

Having not read your entire post when I wrote the above^, I was thinking along the same lines. A QoW reversed would not engage in gossip, I don't think. QoW are direct, honest and in your face, if necessary. They are passionate and fiery. They wouldn't be so different in reversed insofar as they would still be fiery, but in a unhealthy and destructive way "I take no prisoners!" "If I'm angry everyone will know it and there will be hell to pay!" QoW in reverse could be dishonest as a means to get even, as a tool as opposed to QoW who is normally honest and acts with integrity when healthy, I suppose. Gossip would be more the tool of the High Priestess reversed who is known to hold secrets and possesses "special" knowledge and power because of it. I could also the QoS reversed as a possibility since they represent the communication of truth and rely on reason when healthy ((QoS) -- that could easily, in reversed as someone who communicates falsehood that is unreasonable and unfair.

As a QoW, I think that's what I tried to do as a leader and I was praised for it. Unfortunately, others perceived me as intimidating, too nonconforming, too cocky (self confident), self serving when really I was trying to establish more coherence, a central vision we could all rally behind, better communication channels and greater teamwork. Some got it, a minority did not and left to spread additional gossip.

Ideally. As long as some do not feel alienated by the QoW strong personality.

Sorry to say this but, this is usually the domain of unhealthy stay at home moms that need to get a life. They're generally unhappy, unfulfilled. They don't have a career, meaningful existence. Not to say this doesnt happen in other environments as well. However, I've seen it at the elementary schools where SAHMs volunteer and fight over who's in charge of bringing cupcakes to the bake sale. Petty jealousies and gossip ensues as moms backstab moms so they can reach the pinnacle or queendom of the elementary school volunteer hierarchy. Gossiping becomes their favorite pastime.
