Where should I start a TdM reading exchange?

Hi Ivanna,
I have searched the "Marseilles & Other Early Decks" forum and didn't find any threads related to exchanges at all. The only threads related to exchanges are the sign up threads for the monthly TdM reading circles. So I don't think that reading exchanges are allowed here in this section.
But I'd also like to do exchanges. If you'd like to do a TdM exchange we could go to the "Reading Exchange" and open a thread.
