Hello all, I just finished restoring the 22.

In these days I'm doing the tests in print.

I have them both where to go.

Hello ELTarot,

Felicitations for your great job !!

Use Matte paper for your prints coz it is best look in my opinion.

And textured paper if you can.

I wish I could compare your version to Flornoy coming soon version.

All the best to you,

Yves

Hi Yves, thank you very much.
I'm going crazy looking for a good role, checking the termination of printing on different printers (currently testing) and evaluating the possibility of doing so in screen printing.

Already employing more than 600 hours, which can be justified.

The truth that I discovered many things, I hope the new version of Flornoy, I do not want to rush.

For now I leave the Arcane XIII.

Too bad the original is so deteriorated, but the plant that holds the scythe, if notes, takes the form of flame.

Vous aimez Scorpio.

Well done!!

I like those animations too!! (I must not be a purist!)

Are you going to make your deck available for purchase?

eltarot78

Hi Prudence, animations are not included with the deck, mini batteries cost a lot more expensive, jaja.

I edit a limited version of the 22 until the end of the 78 increasingly requires less, are a delight minors.

As soon succeed and achieve cost round quality that convinces me this version and be at your disposal.

Hello again ElTarot,

About printer, I suggest that you use a heavy paper (i.e 188 g/m2) slightly textured, that could lead to 376 g/m2 if you double it by gluing/sticking a back.

I use a wonderful paper Canon Fine Art Paper "Photo Rag" (in fact made for Canon by Hahnemuhle company) 188 g/m2

You can also use a more textured paper from Canon/Hahnemuhle too named:
Fine Art Paper "Museum Etching" 350 g/m2 (!! yes) who is really top quality for me but really costy $$.
Quand on aime on ne compte pas non ? When we love we don't count no ?

I print with a a4/A3/A3 + format Canon printer PIXMA PRO 9000 a beast !!

I suggest to protect cards not to laminated cards but only to spray some protective item.

But you already knows that I am nut isn't it !! ha ha...

Take courage for last period of creation/production

Best

Yves, thanks for posting about the paper - very useful information for me :)
I have virtual card images, on the pc, and have hesitated to make them physical.

Hello everybody, hello Yves, not if you were Here? It took quite a few tests (for now and got only semi satin 300g :( ) but they look good and Resiter the shuffle.

I would ask your opinion, what color palette you prefer?

The palette I chose initially.

Or the approach is more agreeable to historic colors.

prudence

I like them both, but I prefer the earthiness of the colors in the bottom image. They look very good.
