waffs ( and benefits) of juniper.....

i have been getting waffs of juniper in my bathroom for sometime...
always thought it was the native american spirit i've seen...
until,this morning...
see all weekend my IBS had been acting up,and i was pretty tired of this bout...
so..this morning i googled about smelling the scent of juniper...
it finally dawned on me!
someone was dropping a hint to me...found out juniper tea is good for digestion trouble!

I haven't seen the word "waff" before, but I'll definitely file that away about juniper tea. I've had more than my share of, shall we say, intestinal rebellion over the years, and I'm open to any and all viable remedies.

yeah, i know...waff...lack of a better word for strong scent of juniper :-]

intestinal rebellion is a great name for it....usual meds don't work sometimes...eat gallons of yogurt, and try to find natural remedies
to lessen any damage, side effects, etc in my old age...
