twofold question about herbs and stones....

what stones/herbs help with quitting smoking?

and is there stones or herbs that help someone who's 20 lbs underweight
to gain weight?


my nephew started smoking again 20 years after he quit cold turkey....
besides an allergy of some sort, he's dropped poundage so much i'm
worried about him...he went from 135 for many years to 118...

maybe a stone or two OR a tea or two would help him?

Smoking will kill your appetite among other things. Most people I've seen gain weight quickly after they quit. I'd ask a nutritionist. Maybe protein shakes?

well 'commercial' help costs money...he squeezes a penny til lincoln screams....
will not pay cab or bus fare to walk a half a mile to work...rain,snow, sleet, or
darkness....
if he ever saw the cost of good brand name supplement powder/drinks...wow...
smelling salts, lol....
i use them for weight loss....
but he needs some to bring on appetite and to stop his craving for nicotine....
right now he looks like Gollum....

if the remedy/remedies are something i may have on hand already or can get downtown....
that will be more receptive by him....
stones or herbal teas he's had experience with and seen proof of what they can do....
like my amethyst chunk in his friend's hand vibrating and calming his bipolar mania...

I have been thinking about your question but I still haven´t found anything. Somehow his problems seem so big that a crystal or tea might be too subtle in energy to help. On the other hand if it´s something he might be receptive to it would be worth a try. I´ll try to research this further and get back if I discover something.
