Wow. I might have to get one of those. Purely for research, you understand
I really like the deck, but to me they are just cards. Not a connection like with the Froud Faeries. The book that comes with the Fairy Ring is really cool too. Very interesting read, with the mythology of each faerie included, how to work with them (or advise not to). I do find that I cannot use the Fairy Ring without the book, I find it about as intuitive as a door nail, but the Faerie Guide from the Faeries Oracle adds the intuitive part and adds a really nice slant to the readings. I also find that I have to use reversals with this deck, which is not a problem as I usually use reversals anyhow (except I don't use them with the Faeries Oracle - I have found no need to).

Yesterday I bough Good Faeries/Bad Faeries. I had a quick glance, but haven't had a chance to read it properly yet.
Fround also has some other very fun books out there I would highly recomment: Faeries (the predecessor to Good Faeries/Bad Faeries, Goblins (hillarious), and Runes of Elfland.) I absolutly love the books, the artwork is gorgeous, and they are very interesting reads.
I wish Froud would come out with a rune deck, and perhaps even a Goblin deck ~giggles~. But if what he says is true of the Goblins, and if it came alive like the Faeries Oracle does, then perhaps it would not be such a good idea *LOL*.
Valeria, I love your story about the faeries and yoru stone! Thanks for sharing.
Cleticnoodle, like you I own a lot of faerie decks (tarot and oracle alike), but nothing compares to the Faeries Oracle for me either. For readings or anything else for that matter. As I have said many times, I do not even really consider the faeries oracle a deck, because it has come alive for me.
