i got a final card as a Seven of Pentacle in career spread( 5 Card Reading)
i was wondring does it mean that i have to have patience or kind of some wait for my efforts pay off ( I went for job interveiw last week ) and waiting for the results

What is the final card in a 5 card spread? there are many 5 card spreads, please indicate what is that postion so we can offer our take of what is 7 of Pentacles telling there.

7 of coins is a card that says you have done all you can - now you just have to wait to see the results - so i see it as what you described - the job interview is over, you put into that whatever you could, it's out of your hands now

good luck by the way! x

I would agree with what star-lover says as far as THIS job application/interview goes; however, to broaden it, I think the Seven Pentacles may also be suggesting you don't stop at planting these particular seeds. Sometimes this seven makes me feel that yes, you've invested time, energy (or whatever resource) in a project and you are waiting patiently to see the results...But there is more to do! In this case, it might be suggesting that you don't stop at just this application/job interview, but you "plant your
seeds" elsewhere, as well.

It's the old silver bullet vs. buckshot analogy. If you shoot just one silver bullet, you might hit your prey. But if you use buckshot (essentially lots of bullets in a spray), your chances are that much greater to bag some game!

To add I would call the person that interviewed you. Let them know that you are still very interested and see if they have any more questions for you.

You are excited about the posability of getting the job, and have been waiting and watching for some feedback or a return call.

Here is the Archeon Tarot's card...

What you have stated is a correct interpretation with regards to the general card meaning in relation to a job interview.

However, I agree with Flavio that we would need to know the original question and the spread positions as well as the deck used to give you information that might be more specific than a general meaning. If you are looking for that type of information then it would probably be more appropriate to post this in the 'Your Readings' section instead of this one.

Thanks for the reply
i thought this might shed some more light
the interview i went last week was the first round, i will have to meet on one more person over there to get the offer or like a second round
as per the communication i got from my recruiter ( not yet from the company) that they wil call me for the second round
i was wondering if this make any sense to 7 of Pentacle ?
kindly advise
Thanks

Just my two cents worth, everybody has good ideas so far.

So there’s this guy leaning on his rake, one fruit has rolled from the vine. It is ripe and ready.

So this farmer guy (agricultural specialist) has been tilling the soil, planting, and watering. As the plants grew he was a worker of the soil, and a tender of plants. Now it is time to harvest.

When you harvest, you have to remove your Agricultural Specialist hat. You’re about to move into Sales and Marketing, Packing and Shipping.

The Seven of Pentacles tells us that what we are doing remains somewhat similar, but we are about to change hats.

What you have been working towards is coming to a close. And as it does, your role in its fruition will change. Lots of folks miss this and fail because they don’t understand that their role is changing.

Most folks miss it and keep trying to do the same thing, expecting different results. Same project – different role.

So this card is for both the interview (Sales and Marketing), but for after – when you get the position (Packing and Shipping).

These are not actual job positions, but allegories relating to the agricultural process. Everything contained is an opinion. Some settling may occur.:smoker:

This has been my experience with 7 of pents in a career reading. The knight of pents was the job offer and the 7 of pents was a description on the job which was similar to what the person was doing but the new position required more responsibility than what the person was use too before. Nothing they couldn't handle as it wasn't that much different than what they were doing in the past, just that system and protocol for the new position is different than what they're use too but they will be able to excel in the new job role.
