Exclamation The Tarot of Vampyres - Two of Knives

The man seems to be lying down in a tomb, partly covered by roots, with a strip of cloth covering his bloody eyes.. He is all in black and he bears two identical bloody daggers. They could represent inner tensions, sides he is trying to balance, causing him to suffer and making him hesitating, his face is tensed. He wears that strip of cloth because he needs to go inwards and he is in this tomb to ground him.

The moon symbol is the pendant on the man's shirt and the balance symbol is on the stone thingy on the right above. I mention this because 2 of Swords is moon in balance.

I want to point that since the deck is heavily inspired by the Thoth, the keyword for this card is PEACE.
